Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on any Latex or Foil balloons after it leaves our care.

Helium-filled latex balloons have a float time of up to 12 hours (approximately) indoors. Foil balloons can remain afloat for several days.

On entry, hand sanitiser must be used and masks must be worn properly at all times.
