From the first call I was made to feel comfortable and confident in using Celebration Station for my son's 11th Birthday balloon decor. Leanne explained my options and when I asked for a specific colour combo, within minutes she was sending me pics of the coloured balloons blown up...and just like that all was finalised. I recently discovered this store while browsing in Long Circular Mall. The store has a variety of party items for different occasions and the prices are reasonable. Jo-z was remarkable in her customer service and very knowledgeable about the products. She was very patient, courteous and helpful. Excellent service and follow up. This small party / event supply store is easy to miss, tucked away behind the popcorn kiosk however despite its size, the service and prices will definitely make me a repeat customer.
