Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Delivery Policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as inflated or un-inflated items and custom products (including special orders or personalized items).

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges apply only to undamaged items with proof of purchase — EXCEPT for inflated or un-inflated balloons due to hygiene concerns. Contact us IMMEDIATELY regarding any issues with your items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Collections & Deliveries

Orders must be collected at the scheduled time. A 15-minute grace period applies.

Un-inflated items accrue a 5% daily storage fee for up to 5 working days starting 24 hours after the scheduled collection time. After 5 days, the order will be cancelled without refund.

Standard shipping time is 24 hours after payment confirmation. Same-day shipping is only available for orders placed before 12PM and totaling $350 or more.

For TTPost shipments, you will receive a tracking number. We are not liable for damages or delays once the package is handed over to TTPost.

Custom or personalised orders must be placed and paid for at least 24 hours in advance.

Any “no-shows” or last-minute rescheduling of deliveries will incur an additional delivery fee equal to the rate of the selected delivery location.
