How to Use Your Party Decorations

Here’s a simple, easy-to-follow guide to help you set up your Celebration Station decorations beautifully and safely.

Paper Fans

Open the fan by bringing one side around to meet the other. Use the attached string to tie the ends together securely so the fan stays open. You can also use this same string to hang the fan.

Pom Poms

Tie the included string tightly around the middle of the pom pom. Gently separate the sheets of tissue paper on one side, then repeat on the other. Once all layers are fluffed, hold the string and give it a light shake. Hang the pom pom using the attached string.

Honeycomb Balls

Remove the backing from the double-sided tape strips. Open the honeycomb ball like a book and press both sides together so the tape adheres. Use the attached loop to hang it, or trim the loop and tie your own if needed.

Paper Garlands

Carefully separate the folded pieces along the garland to open it up. Hang it wherever you like once it’s fully opened.

Other Garlands

Open the garland to your desired length. To keep it from sagging, tie a knot in the loop. Use the excess string to hang the garland, or trim any extra if necessary.

Fireworks Candles

Insert the red end into the cake and light the white paper top. Always keep away from flammable objects. Adult supervision is required when using around children.

Small Number Candles

Attach the number to its base. Insert the base into the cake and light the candle.

Confetti Cannons

Recommended for outdoor use or large open spaces. Never aim the cannon at a person — this may cause injury. Point it away from people and fragile items. Twist the bottom of the cannon to release the confetti.

Light-Up Party Hats

Insert the plastic brace into the bottom loop of the crown. Remove the pull tab from the battery compartment to activate the lights. Press the small black button to turn the lights on/off and cycle through the three lighting modes.

Plastic Cake Toppers

Some toppers come with a protective clear film. Remove this film before inserting the topper into the cake.

Cake Toppers (Assembly Required)

For toppers with glue dots: stick the glue dots to the back of the topper, then attach the stick. For cupcake wrappers: wrap the liner around the cupcake and fasten it by sliding the tab into the slot.

Foil Curtains

Gently open the foil curtain. At the top, you’ll find a strip of double-sided tape. Remove the backing and press the curtain onto a clean wall or surface along the entire width to secure it.
